A bit more on the yoga styles I share.
There is a yoga style for everyone, and they vary so much. It is really common for people to decide they don't like yoga because they have tried styles that aren't right for them. Some are really dynamic and keep you engaged through movement, some are much slower and more of a mental practice. Below are the styles I share online.

01
Ashtanga
Ashtanga is what got me into yoga. I'd tried other styles here and there, but from my first Ashtanga class I was completely hooked. I teach the primary series which is a set sequence perfectly designed to build you up throughout the practice towards the more challenging asanas at the end. In this class you see progress really quickly, and you will be surprised by what you are capable of.
02
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is more of a creative expression of yoga and of YOU. We flow using the principle of one breath one movement, allowing you to really tune in to what your body is calling for in each moment. I teach lots of options and modifications to encourage you to work to your desired level on the day. A fun, dynamic flow to explore new transitions and asanas, and connect to yourself on a deeper level.

03
Restorative Flow
Your bi-monthly wind down to ease you into the weekend. Restorative flow is your permission to relax. You will be guided through gentle movements and some longer holds to drop you into your parasympathetic nervous system - rest and digest. Yummy deep stretches to relieve any tension built throughout the week - leaving you feeling completely at peace within your body.
